Maxson is the managing Director as well as a founder of Natmax Ltd in 2019 and a shareholder in the business. He has over 17 years’ experience as an Accountant. He has held various positions across a number of private and government sectors in the United Kingdom. He is responsible for all the running aspects of Natmax Ltd including the financial, administration and legal matters within the business. As well as heading up the accounting and administration functions he is also responsible for the projects team, IT and health and safety. Maxson has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management obtained from University of Sunderland in the U.K, a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) Finance and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership both obtained from Leicester University, U.K. At the moment, Maxson is pursuing his final level of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA).
Brian is a Finance and IT Manager a graduate from University of Sheffield with over 7 years experience as part of a large transformation programme to deliver Innovation and efficiencies across the businesses/clients with specific focus on automation services of Natmax Ltd. Brian ensures that Natmax Ltd has and prepares reliable and accurate information for itself and clients on a timely basis, for commercial decision making to deliver commercial advantage.
Mrs Rosie N. Hanyama is a dedicated office manager with over 20 years working experience in various offices in the UK, she is responsible for establishing that new staff and new client operations are attended to and supported. To provide an efficient administrative and support service to Natmax Ltd wider Management Team and Clients. She also takes ownership of the monthly business expense submissions to finance and improve the companies and clients expense management process.
Mr M. N Mussa is a Project Accountant with over 10 years working experience in various UK organisations. He is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounting for different tax and audit clients to ensure they are compliant with statutory requirements, to assist them with internal management reporting processes and to advise on ways to minimise their tax liabilities. He is also responsible for the legal side of Natmax Ltd and those of the Clients’ compliance.
